Live Roulette Specialist Authentic Gaming Welcomes Oliver Reid As New COO

Live roulette specialist, Authentic Gaming (AG), has named industry veteran Oliver Reid as the company’s new Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Reid will be responsible for strengthening the customer operations department and securing the company’s further expansion into regulated markets across the globe.

Reid has over twenty years of experience in the industry, at different times holding senior positions at Asper Group and Evolution Gaming, where he was in charge of the opening of Vancouver and New Jersey studios, as well as of the company’s growth into both markets. Before reinforcing the management team of Authentic, he was Group Analytics Director at the Olympic Entertainment Group.

Reid’s role at Genting-owned AG…

… comes as a natural consequence of his rich career in the gaming industry. During the past two decades, he has been active in different sectors, bringing to AG plenty of experience in online, land-based, live dealer verticals, as well as in business intelligence and product development. As expected, the new Chief Operating Officer will secure the further enhancement of the customer onboarding process, high-class service, and expansion of the studio.
