Marc Burroughes Named Chief Commercial Officer at EveryMatrix Casino

EveryMatrix has announced the appointment of Marc Burroughes as the new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of its Casino division. This strategic leadership move comes as the company seeks to accelerate the success of CasinoEngine—its flagship integration platform that supports tier-1 operators globally and processed over 73 billion game rounds in 2024 alone, generating a staggering €2.8 billion in Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) for its clients.

Burroughes assumes his new role with nearly two decades of experience across some of the iGaming industry’s most prominent names, including OpenBet, Light & Wonder, and IGT. In his position as CCO, he will take charge of defining and executing the commercial direction of the CasinoEngine unit, ensuring a robust and scalable content offering for both existing and prospective clients.

Marc Burroughes’s iGaming journey began in the late 2000s with OpenBet, where he progressed through key leadership roles over nearly ten years. Initially starting as a Sales Account Manager, he advanced to Commercial Director and eventually became Client Director for Enterprise Accounts. He later held commercial leadership roles at Light & Wonder and Genesis before moving on to serve as Chief Commercial Officer at GameScorekeeper. Most recently, he worked at IGT PlayDigital as Senior Commercial Director of Aggregation.

His extensive experience working with high-profile gaming suppliers positions him well to spearhead the commercial development of EveryMatrix’s CasinoEngine. The Casino division’s CEO, Stian Enger, will oversee Burroughes in this new chapter, where his responsibilities extend beyond strategy. He will also be involved in launching the upcoming EngageSuite—an innovative loyalty and gamification product—and collaborating closely with the SlotMatrix and EveryMatrix Games teams to assist clients seeking full platform solutions.
