Localisation/Native Tables

It was slightly disappointing to find that, despite a large selection of Evolution’s other live casino games, Genting didn’t take up any of their localised live roulette options. So anyone wanting to play with a live dealer or croupier in a language other than English, might be a little disappointed here.

There were also no language options available for the site, which we confirmed with customer support. We definitely found this a bit strange considering the multinational nature of the company. There was also quite a long list of excluded jurisdictions and countries, which can be found in their terms and conditions. This includes some countries that you might expect to be allowed from, so it is worth checking before you visit.

Private Tables

Genting Live Casino hosts 4 private tables – one each for blackjack, roulette, 3 card poker and baccarat. Private tables for 3 card poker and baccarat are quite rare, so players might find unique offers and content here that you wouldn’t get anywhere else. There are also 3 VIP tables themed around Genting’s exclusive Crockford’s Casino in London, adding a touch of extra class to proceedings. These tables are only available after 5pm and fill up quick – so be sharp if you want to get a seat.

Also available is the previously mentioned live roulette table streamed from one of Genting’s UK casinos, which truly brings players right into the heart of the casino floor action.

Mobile

Genting has a strong mobile site, which can hold itself up there with some of the industry’s top mobile casino offerings. Although, as with many online casinos, their official dedicated app is only available for iOS devices, other users can still appreciate their perfectly serviceable mobile site.

The search function was decent, and all the information was clearly presented – although in places it looked a little clunky, with icons disappearing half of the screen. This may have been the older smartphone model we were browsing it from however, as it later worked better on a tablet device. That’s all aesthetic anyway – what matters is the games and they all worked fine, as you’d expect from Evolution.

We won’t butter it up – Genting had a pretty poor range of banking options (excuse the pun). Only credit and debit cards, VISA and Mastercard, were available to all customers, and Skrill to Gold VIP members. Both card methods also may take 3-4 days for deposits, although there are no charges for deposits or withdrawals.

The only strong point when it comes to Genting’s online casino banking, is that if you live near one of their physical casinos you can withdraw your winnings in cash from there – instantly.
