GiG Expands Deal with Betsson Group

Gaming Innovation Group Inc. (GiG) has just extended an agreement with Betsson Group to continue providing Platform & Managed Services, which consists of customer service and business operations across different territories. The contract will be extended for three years until Q4 2025. The deal includes the platforms Rizk, Guts, Kaboo, and Thrills, as well as managed services to Betsson to support the operations of the brands.

GiG will also provide new market entries within the deal, which shows its ability to introduce leading gambling brands into different regulated markets. Furthermore, it initially signed an agreement with Betsson for the delivery of its tech solutions to power its brands for 30 months. The deal is based on a revenue share model now it will be extended by 2025.

Betsson is listed at Nasdaq Stockholm as one of the leading European brands in the online gambling market with a powerful track record of building its brand. It provides online casino, sportsbooks, and additional online games via a multi-brand strategy and has licenses in 12+ jurisdictions around the globe.

Commenting on the recent move, GiG CEO, Richard Brown, said:
