Evolution Launches Live Casino Games in Delaware with BetRivers

Evolution has officially introduced its live casino games to Delaware’s regulated gaming market, partnering with Rush Street Interactive, Inc., which operates the BetRivers brand. Evolution’s live games will be accessible at Delaware Lottery’s three online casinos: Delaware Park Casino, Bally’s Dover Casino Resort, and Harrington Raceway & Casino.

The Delaware Park and Harrington sites will be available through the BetRivers multi-state platform, while Bally’s Dover Casino Resort will use a dedicated app.

This launch marks a major step for Evolution’s expansion in the US. Following the successful release of its online slots in Delaware via the BetRivers platform, this new initiative brings Evolution’s live casino games to the state. Delaware players can now enjoy live dealer games such as Live Roulette, Blackjack, Infinite Blackjack, Baccarat, Craps, and Poker variants like Three Card Poker and Ultimate Texas Hold’em.

While Evolution and BetRivers are expanding Delaware’s live casino market, the state is also considering legislation to create an open, regulated sports betting market. House Bill 365, sponsored by Representatives Franklin Cooke and William Bush, proposes changes to Delaware’s gaming law to allow multiple operators instead of a single exclusive operator. This could lead to new partnerships between sports betting operators and video lottery agents, potentially increasing market competition.

Currently, BetRivers holds the exclusive operating license, having taken over from 888 last year. If the proposed legislation advances, Delaware’s online gaming market could see significant changes, offering more options for players and operators.
