Evolution to Finalize Acquisition of Nolimit City

Evolution, a leader in providing live dealer products, has finalized the acquisition of slot brand Nolimit City in an agreement worth up to €340m.

The live gambling brand announced in June that it reached a deal to acquire Nolimit for €200m, with an additional €140m dependent on the performance in 2023, 2024, and 2025. All approvals from the regulator which were required for the transaction have been secured, and Evolution has finished the acquisition of Nolimit City.
