When it comes to any form of gambling, be it online or offline, Hawaii is one of the strictest states in the USA. It prohibits all forms of bets and real money wagering on games. Even charitable gambling and owning vintage slot machines are liberties not available in this state.

Alas, none of the bills aimed at legalizing these activities have gotten at least an inch closer to becoming laws.
